It isn’t just that controversial beliefs are being thrust into childhood experiences, but that the natural curiosity, openness, and naivety that is the inherent disposition of youth is being hijacked to normalize a divergent sexual ethic."

Court Says Law Mandating Trans Pronoun Use A Violation Of Free Speech

 

A California appellate court ruled Friday that a provision in a state law passed four years ago mandating that certain health care workers use transgender pronouns is a violation of free speech, protected by the First Amendment.

CA’s Third District Court of Appeal upended SB 219, which in part forced nu
rsing home workers to use preferred transgender pronouns and names for patients.

Notably, violators of the law “could be charged with a misdemeanor and subject to punishment of a $1000 fine, or even up to one year in jail,” according to California Family Council.

The Left's Myth Interpretation of Critical Theory

 

"A handful of woke leaders are driving a Marxist agenda that's tearing apart American schools. Teachers like Dana Stangel-Plowe are walking away from classrooms full of children that need her, just because she can't stomach the extremism that's destroying her students' education. 'Today, I am resigning from a job I love,' she said in a video that alarmed parents everywhere. 'Last fall, administrators told [the faculty] we were not allowed to question the school's ideological programming." If it were possible, the headmaster said, he would fire the staff "and replace them with people of color.' . . .

Apparently, the same party that didn't bother asking Americans how they felt about transgender sports or voter ID laws didn't run radical race theory by them either. It's just another example of how wildly out-of-touch the Democrats are with real people. The same real people, incidentally, who are launching recall efforts in a record-high 50 school boards this year. The Left can call this a manufactured controversy all they want. But we'll see how phony it feels next election day."

At a public meeting, a black woman in Loudoun County, Virginia, erupted in a fiery denunciation of the school board’s seeming intent to implement the teaching of Critical Race Theory, blasting, “CRT is racist; it is abusive; it discriminates against one’s color. … Think twice before you indoctrinate such racist theories. You cannot tell me what is or is not racist. Look at me. I had to come down here today to tell you to your face that we are coming together and we are strong.”

The woman began by quoting Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. “In the words of Martin Luther King Jr., ‘I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character,’” she said. “Now I have a dream that we will implement love, not hate, or supporting another Jim Crow’s agenda. CRT is not a ‘nice dialogue,’ it was a tactic that was used by Hitler and the Ku Klux Klan on slaveries many years ago to dumb down my ancestors so we could not think for ourselves. CRT is racist; it is abusive; it discriminates against one’s color.”

Shaking her finger, she snapped, “Let me educate you: An honest dialogue does not oppress. An honest dialogue does not implement hatred and injustice; it’s to communicate without deceiving people. Today we don’t need your agreement. We want action and a backbone for what we ask for today: to ban CRT.”

Left-of-Century: Biden's 100 First Days

Joe Biden hasn't even been president for 100 days, and it already feels like an eternity. In just three months, the man absurdly dubbed a "moderate" has emerged from his campaign basement and dispelled that notion -- to the delight of the party's radicals. He has embraced the far-Left's all-out war on every pillar of democracy. Shell-shocked, Americans have watched this White House spend us into insolvency, inflame our divides, and lead a charge to radically makeover the Supreme Court, our states' election laws, the U.S. Senate, immigration policy, religious freedom, and human biology. He's exceeded expectations to be sure -- just not in the way most voters had hoped.

t's no wonder, in this flurry of leftist wish-granting, that most people in this country aren't giving Biden high marks. In a new ABC/Washington Post poll, the 46^th president's approval rating at 52 percent is the lowest of any modern president except Donald Trump and Gerald Ford. "For the 14 presidents from Truman to Biden, the 100-day average is 66 percent." Biden's highest marks, ironically, come from COVID successes he can't even claim credit for, having been in set in motion months earlier under Trump's Operation Warp Speed. And yet still, the mainstream media -- the informal arm of Biden's PR team -- is even trying to spin the public's response, claiming that 52-percent approval "is the new 60."

"Any time you're over 50 in this polarized environment, that's really solid," NBC's Chuck Todd argued. "It's sort of the new 60 percent of the way when you and I grew up in the 80s and 90s." But unfortunately for him, there's no way to gloss over other numbers -- like Biden's glaring underperformance on foreign affairs, the border, and race relations. In results that are sure to be ignored by the press, Pew found that 54 percent of Americans say they disagree with the president on "most or all issues." Only 44 percent agree. A plurality think he's spending too much (48 percent), Quinnipiac points out, and on immigration, his numbers are at crisis levels -- even as he insists the actual problem is not.

Standing Strong Against Godlessness

 

When I was younger, it was not uncommon to hear people say, “I may not agree with what you say, but I will fight for your right to say it.” As a nation, we fundamentally believed in liberty—in freedom of religion, speech, and thought.

Today, however, a radical movement is racing across our country, the United Kingdom, and many other nations, to censor and erase anyone or anything that a vocal minority finds offensive. This “woke” movement has no problem with blatant forms of sin being displayed publicly on television and the internet. But they want to ban expressions from people who embrace traditional views of morality, family, and religion. This “cancel culture” doesn’t allow for free speech. When they find a sports team, a politician, or an entertainer who stands for Biblical values, they immediately want to silence and remove them.

We experienced this in Blackpool, England, when a small but influential group of activists protested our 2018 Lancashire Festival of Hope, where I was going to be preaching the Gospel. When LGBT activists piled on Twitter, complaining about the evangelistic event because they disagree with my convictions about marriage, they pressured the local bus company to remove our ads from their vehicles. After the Festival, we filed a case in the court system to fight this injustice.

The Woke Left Dismantles Free Speech

 

America is moving closer daily to a totalitarian state.

Historically, the Left always suppresses free speech, pushing for one thought, opinion, and, as Orwell said, the collective identity.

Today, in America the Left largely controls public universities, mainstream news mediums, Hollywood, and the District of Columbia. Next to no dissent to Leftist views and values are tolerated in these arenas.

Mike Lindell of My Pillow has recently experienced massive retaliation from Left-leaning companies for one reason: he believes the 2020 election was massively fraudulent – and he’s not afraid to speak out publicly about the corruption.

Another example: Disney/Lucasfilm removed Actress Gina Carano last week from ‘The Mandalorian’ series following an Instagram post. She accused the “cancel culture” movement of using similar tactics to Germany Nazis when they began teaching people to hate Jews because they were different. Today, there’s an obsessive movement to vilify conservative people of a particular political persuasion. She previously criticized Democratic leaders’ COVID-19 policies, and this was the excuse needed to get rid of her.

Dennis Prager explains cancel culture: “the silencing and firing of anyone who publicly dissents from the left, and even ‘publicly’ is no longer necessary. The National Association of Realtors has just announced that if you express dissenting views in private, you may be fined and lose your membership in the organization — which effectively ends your career as a realtor.”

Conservatives do not silence dissent or debate. Classic liberals value differing viewpoints. But today, leftists – not classic liberals or conservatives – control the Democratic Party and are voraciously trying to hijack America.

Grassroots Americans are suddenly finding new ways to learn information. We are seeking out alternatives to the mainstream outlets, which are largely indoctrination tools of the Left. Independent sources like OANN, Gateway Pundit, The Epoch Times, The Geller Report, Newsmax, American Greatness, and others offer alternative views. However, Big Tech mind-control companies are hard at work with their “fact-checkers” (another word for censorship) to stifle and prohibit these independent voices.

Again, Prager writes, “Leftism is venerated by intellectuals. But there is little intellectual substance to leftism. It is a combination of doctrine and emotion. The proof? Those with intellectual depth do not stifle dissent; they welcome it. Now you know why the left suppresses free speech: because they have to. If there is free speech, there is dissent. And if there is dissent, there is no more left.”

Tony Perkins says, “Most Americans had no idea how bad it was until last year when Black Lives Matter was burning our cities to the ground, and how did Amazon and Pepsi respond? By sending the organization huge checks. But it wasn't just the money that bothered conservatives, it was the moralizing.”

Justin Danhof, general counsel for the National Center for Public Policy and Research, echoes this thought. "That's what a lot of Americans found so unpalatable -- that... these godless, soulless corporations like Disney and Apple are trying to dictate morality here in the United States by saying that this is a white supremacist nation, that our institutions are founded on white supremacy, that we all must bend our knees to Black Lives Matter." Then, in the same breath, these same CEOs turn around and do business with communist China. Suddenly, they don't care about racial justice. They don't mind that slave laborers from nearby concentration camps are stitching together their Nikes. It's a culture of corruption, and it's oozing hypocrisy.

In the 1930’s, part of Adolf Hitler’s strategy was to discredit the church and then control them. He knew he could not accomplish his agenda without suppressing the church’s voice. Nazis slowly and intentionally worked to make the church leaders afraid to speak against them. By the time Hitler’s agenda was in full-force, most churchmen fell silent. By the 1940’s, few clergy were willing to oppose the Third Reich. A handful did like Dietrich Bonhoeffer – and they paid for it with their lives.

Today, pastors and Christians need to stay alert. Instead of not speaking about politics and the government because it might “hurt our Gospel witness,” we are wise to engage the public square. If not, preaching the Gospel and calling people to repentance and faith will soon be labeled as hate speech and punishable by the Leftist government.

Arnn warns, “Totalitarianism will never win in the end—but it can win long
enough to destroy a civilization. That is what is ultimately at stake in the fight we are in. We can see today the totalitarian impulse among powerful forces in our politics and culture.”

Pray. Love your neighbor. Speak up. Speak out.

Resist the Left’s cultural narrative. If we don’t, we may lose the window of opportunity for good.

Male Transjacking Will Ultimately End Women’s Sports

 

In 2016, Therese Johaug, a Norwegian three-time Olympic cross-country skiing champion, received an 18-month suspension from the sport she loved after it was discovered that the team-approved lip balm she was using to treat her badly sunburned lips contained a performance-enhancing steroid.

A devastated Johaug lamented, “I feel I did everything right. I went to an expert who gave me the ointment, and I asked him if the cream was on a doping list. The answer I got was ‘no.’”

But the powers that be were undeterred from their well-established hard line of fairness, and Johaug was forced to watch the 2018 winter Olympics from the sidelines.

"Now is the time to fight harder than before"

We are living in a full-frontal assault on the core of our nation. If the Left wins this attack, it will likely be the landmark beginning of the end for liberty and the City on a Hill envisioned by our Founding and early Fathers.

Reagan would understand. Lincoln would understand. Washington would understand. This is war – and we must fight.

As I prayed today, this Scripture churned in my spirit from Joshua 24:5-7

I sent Moses and Aaron, and I brought terrible plagues on Egypt; and afterward I brought you out as a free people. But when your ancestors arrived at the Red Sea^] the Egyptians chased after you with chariots and charioteers. When your ancestors cried out to the Lord, I put darkness between you and the Egyptians. I brought the sea crashing down on the Egyptians, drowning them. With your very own eyes you saw what I did (NLT).

Eric Metaxas said last week on the weekly Pray.Vote.Stand virtual prayer meeting with the Family Research Council that we may be at a Red Sea moment in the life of the church in America (and really much of the world – Christians in many parts of the world are eagerly watching and praying to see what happens with this election – because they understand if Biden and the Left win they will be enemies of the church, freedom, religious liberty, free speech, etc.).

And yes, they are our enemies. As Dr. Albert Mohler, President of the Southern Baptist Seminary, has said, people like Biden, Harris, and their lot have made it clear what they will do in these matters. It’s like they have declared war on traditional values and religious liberty – and told us their game plan ahead of time. That’s why ignorance and naivety is no excuse anymore in this battle.

The Scripture says here when they were up against the Red Sea, hemmed in and trapped, they “cried out to the Lord,” and He answered by doing something completely unexpected.

Don’t stop crying out, Christians!

Here are some cold, hard facts:

·      For years there has been a terribly organized movement we now call the Deep State pulling strings behind the scenes and moving America incrementally toward a globalist government instead of American Exceptionalism.

·      The Left is an enemy to freedom – and an enemy to America.

·      The Democratic Party is now the party of Leftism – not liberalism. Their platform is blatantly anti-biblical values, anti-liberty, and anti-traditional values.

The Left, as personified in recent years by figures like Barak Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Joe Biden, follow the Saul Alinsky playbook when it comes to politics and social engineering. They use rampant deception, including massive criminal activity, to get what they want. They masterfully play a “look at my right hand while my left hand does something else” game with the American people.

·      The Left pretends to be the champions of minorities, while in reality using them to prop Democratic leaders up in power.

·      The media (including much of Fox News) is in the back pocket of the Leftist elite.

·      The Chinese government is strategizing to dominate the world, and they have deep ties into the Leftist movement in America.

·      The organized Deep State and Leftist movement manipulated – and likely planned for years – the takeover of our election process. This came to a head election night 2020 when massive corruption and widespread deception was used to steal the election from the true winner – Donald Trump.

·      The immediate days we are living in may be a Red Sea moment – or it may be Custer’s Last Stand – for liberty in America.

The Prophets are Speaking

The prophets are speaking. The church is praying. The enemy is deceiving masses – I hope not you. They thought their plan was air-tight, and election night 2020 would seal the Left’s hold on America. They would be able to pack the Supreme Court, rewrite American law, and forever altar this nation – and hand it over to the socialists, the Chinese, and other enemies of our country. But it appears that their plan has been exposed. (Listen to Dutch Sheet’s 7-minute

For months, I’ve been praying for the Lord to expose deception on a wide, massive scale – so much so that not even the lamestream media will be able to deny the corruption.

Remember, even when it looks like Jadis has won and Narnia is forever frozen, it very well may be that Aslan is on the move!

4.      The Republicans gained seats in Congress and gained majorities in the legislature of three new states, while retaining all of their state house majorities.

5.      Trump’s vote in both the black and Latino community rose substantially.

6.      Trump’s campaign of massive rallies was successful and painted a clear picture of his popularity, especially when compared to Biden’s “in-the-basement” campaign.

7.      On election night, by ten o’clock Central, it appeared the President would be re-elected with room to spare.

 

And then the unthinkable happened.  First, FOX called Arizona for Biden when it had few returns, and Trump was leading.  Then vote counting stopped in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona and Nevada.  And the nightmare that was to become the 2020 election began.

It did not take long for investigations into election irregularities to turn into full fledged investigations of voter fraud.  Fortunately for President Trump and the United States two very respected attorneys, Rudy Giuliani and Sydney Powell began to gather evidence, and people with first hand knowledge of voter fraud on a massive scale came forward by the hundreds.  Video cameras, and other technical evidence began to surface.  By December 6^th 70% of Trump’s 74 million voters believe the election was stolen.

The main stream media, the enemy of the people, that has been hostile to Donald Trump from the first moment of his candidacy in 2015, blacked out all information concerning revealed evidence of election corruption.  They immediately called for Trump to concede, and kept up the pressure.

And so, as we start the last week before December 14^th, the date when the Electoral College is scheduled to meet, the Presidential election is still unresolved.  One thing seems certain, which ever way it goes, the nation is divided without possibility of rapid reconciliation.

The Orwellian Left

The Left – as opposed to classic liberalism or classic conservatism – is the greatest threat today to liberty. Leftism, as witnessed repeatedly in the 20^th century, is an enemy to capitalism, freedom of thought, freedom of speech, religious liberty, and anything reminiscent of traditional values.

Jewish lawyer Dennis Prager writes, “The Democratic Party was once liberal. It is now leftist. Liberals loved America. The left loathes it.”

Leftism does not value truth – it values the narrative its proponents want to enforce. Lies are perpetuated to influence and eventually control the masses, particularly when the mainstream media becomes a puppet for the Left.

For several decades, the Left has forcefully worked to take over three key centers of influence: academia, the entertainment industry, and the media.

Decades ago, when the television set became a standard in American homes, a wise futurist lamented (I wish I could remember the source but I cannot) that one day that box would be the destruction of the USA. Why? Because eventually the Orwellian Big Brother would control what is shown on the television channels. Average Americans would stop thinking for themselves and doing their own research and instead would accept as fact whatever comes through that tube. And the futurist predicted eventually Americans would vote a totalitarian government into power. And when Big Brother holds absolute power, he quickly punishes, removes, and erases voices of resistance.

Consider the following. The Friday after the Presidential election, some prominent movers and shakers in the Democratic party began calling online for an “enemies list” of Trump supporters “to ensure that Trump administration officials and Trump supporters were ostracized by society for having the audacity to disagree with the Democratic agenda” (Aaron Kliegman). Their list includes 57 judges.

These same Trump Derangement Syndrome leftists the last three and a half years refused to accept the election results of 2016. Remember the fake conspiracies of the phony impeachment and ridiculous Russian collusion? Oh, now it turns out Joe Biden’s family was actually doing those things – but don’t expect the mainstream media, which is considered fraudulent by 50% of Americans, to push that forward. Now these same folks say it is a threat to democracy for conservatives to question the integrity of the 2020 voting process.

Incredible irregularities occurred the week of the election in several states. However, the media crowned Joe Biden the next President before the voting was even complete. If you say something long enough and loud enough – regardless of its veracity or falsehood – people often eventually believe it.

Numerous affidavits were filed with postal workers reporting dishonest handling of mail-in ballets. Tens of thousands of votes for Joe Biden suddenly showing up overnight. Republican pollsters not allowed in places where votes are counted.

Is this Communist Cuba? No, it is America in the claws of Leftism – the same philosophy that led to Russian Communism, Italian fascism, and the German Nazi Party.

Tony Perkins writes, “The media must be awfully forgiving. After four years of hammering home how suspect our election process is – how vulnerable it is to meddling and interference – they’re suddenly comfortable with it.”

John Fund of the National Review said, “We’re seeing the bitter fruits of [the Left’s] silent coup in our election laws.” This started in February and March when the Democrats “decided to push a wholesale change” in our voting laws. Using the faux cover of COVID-19, rules were undemocratically changed or ignored. Now, thanks to their scheming, it’s difficult to tell “where the incompetence ends and the potential fraud begins.”

There have been virtually no reports of Trump supporters looting, rioting, or burning down buildings since the election. However, election eve businesses in cities across America boarded up – expecting widespread violence should it appear the Democrats lost. The boards came down the next day. Why? Prager say, “Because everyone knows that conservatives don’t riot.”

To quote Kleigman, “The hypocrisy and double standards are truly astounding. But because the left controls the flow of information through the media and big tech, Democrats and journalists won’t be called out in any meaningful, consequential way.”

Prager writes, “In a nutshell, liberals build; conservatives build; leftists destroy.”

President Trump. Take every state with potential fraudulent voting to the Supreme Court. Half of this country stands squarely behind you.
